LIFE THROUGH OUR EYES
REFLECTION ABOUT ON LOOKING BY ALEXANDRA HOROWITZ The reading was a good eye-opener for me. Right at the beginning, she caught your attention. Funny that she caught your attention by explaining the phenomenon of attention and how we express it as human beings. We, as a reader can really connect with her and her experience. She describes her experience of when she went dog walking and noticed some details of her “block”. Reading this you begin to think all the places you have been and all the details you miss. For the activity, I started exiting my condominium from the back and going to the right, while walking I noticed a lot of people have moved in to the empty houses there where a short time ago. I noticed there was an empty parking lot with only two very old cars. I have seen these cars before but never stopped to think why there where there, and why they were left there. Also I’m v...
